We send our staff for training, seminars and workshops for upgrading and skills development TrustworthyTrustworthiness is a sentiment that can only be earned, not granted. We can't expect a prospective client to grant us that but we sure hope they give us a chance to. Nevertheless, our system of governance over literally all aspects of our operation is inference to our trustworthiness in the way we go about our business in taking care of yours. Which prevails depend very much on the nature and needs of our client as well as the level of sophistication of the work. Usually if the client is knowledgeable in regulations relevant to the jurisdiction in which they operate, we shall be usually taking their instructions. Otherwise, especially when the work involves much regulatory supervision, we shall take the initiative to act in a advisory role to our client. We have to stress that even when we take client instructions, we still maintain a minimal level of initiative on our part to advise our client should any instructions be counter-productive to the work or non-conforming with existing regulations. ConfidentialityOur gaps are sealed. Unless there are compelling situations (eg. court order), we guarantee total silence.
